This series of ink drawings began late one evening whilst mindlessly wondering how best to illustrate the images of thundering waves I had in my mind.  For a few months, it's all I could do, draw waves.  With obvious inspiration taken from our wanderings along the Cornish coastline, the illustrations represent what I see when I close my eyes.

I'm sure the overwhelming fear and sense of awe felt when close to the sea goes some way to explaining this series of images...
